Sales Indicator used in Airlines

There is 4 types of sales indicator in Airlines Industry.

1. S.I.T.I = Sold Inside Ticketed Inside.
2. S.I.T.O = Sold Inside Ticketed Outside.
3. S.O.T.I = Sold Outside Ticketed Inside.
4. S.O.T.O = Sold Outside Ticketed Outside.

Example of these sales indicator.

S.I.T.I: Guess a pax want to travel from Bangladesh to Malaysia. If he purchase a ticket from Banglades and he will depart from Bangladesh then it will be the S.I.T.I ticket.

S.I.T.O: Guess a pax want to travel from Bankok to Dhaka. If he purchase a ticket from Dhaka and he depart from Bankok then it will be the S.I.T.O ticket only for the Dhaka office.

S.O.T.I: Guess a pax want to travel from Bangladesh to Malaysia. If he purchase a ticket from Malaysia and he will depart from Bangladesh then it will be the S.O.T.I ticket.

S.O.T.O: Guess a pax want to travel from Bankok to Dhaka. If he purchase a ticket from Dhaka and he depart from Bankok then it will be the S.O.T.O ticket only for the Bankok office.
